FAQ

Why choose Aerial Bliss?
We offer small class sizes, more personal attention, crash mats for each pole during advanced moves, mirrors to check your form.

Where can I find the class schedule and register?
On the Schedule & Registration page located under the What We Offer tab.

How do I find your location?
We know it can be hard to find us your first time around. We are located inside Clock Tower Court  on Mineral Point Rd. There is no outdoor signage. There are a set of doors that say Entrance above them between China Kitchen and North and South Seafood & Smokehouse. Go in there. Aerial Bliss is halfway down the hall on your left. See you soon.

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No, just take the first step of coming to class. It is by getting out and trying activities that you will get in shape.

What should I wear?
Workout attire is suggested. Shorts are recommended for ALL pole  classes. Leggings are recommended for Lyra.

What should I avoid?
Do not apply lotions, oils etc. for several hours before class. Also, please remove all jewelry before class begins. It is safer for your hands and the poles.

Why pole dance?
It is a fun way to work out and build confidence. An hour of pole dancing can burn up to 400 calories.

Is pole dancing safe?
Yes, pole dancing is safe. If done correctly you may experience a few bruises and pole burn. At Aerial Bliss we value safety and injury prevention. We incorporate stretching and strength training in our classes. Also, we progress at a slow and steady level. People are often injured when they go too fast, too soon.

Do I have to register in advance?
We recommend registering in advance to ensure you have a spot. Drop ins are allowed if space permits. We reserve the right to cancel a class up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class if no one is registered.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, we kindly ask that you give at least 12 hours notice. Failure to cancel within 12 hours will result in being charged for that class, or have it subtracted from remaining classes on a pass.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC or Discover when you register online. In studio we accept cash or check only.
